Placing an Order All prices will be charged at the published price list current at date of order. If VAT is charged it will be charged at the current rate of 17.5%. Goods paid for by cheque will be dispatched 7 working days after receipt of the cheque subject to bank clearance. Orders are accepted by email or post and by telephone communication only. Goods ordered by post, telephone or email will be priced at current price on the day they are received. Warranty 1. Unless otherwise stated all goods carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering mainland UK shipments only. Customers must use arrangements specifically provided. 2. Goods are not sold on trial basis Customers should check specifications before ordering. MARCWAY LTD does not warrant the suitability and compatibility of goods for specific applications. 3. MARCWAY LTDsometimes offers a 90-day no quibble money back guarantee on goods returned in original and undamaged packaging complete and "as new" condition with receipt. 4. The 90 day no quibble money back guarantee does not apply to goods ordered in error (unsuitability or incompatibility), to goods which are not returned in "as new" condition. A restocking charge of at least 20% will be made on all such goods and original carriage is not refundable. 5. Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are returned suitably packaged and obtaining the necessary proof of delivery and receipt. 6. LAW All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. DELIVERY If your order is received by 5pm, and the items(s) is/are in stock, we will endeavour to ship the same, subject to credit clearance, locality and excluding systems failure and delivery option selected. Delivery times are only estimates. Every effort is made to meet any stated delivery but Argent "MARCWAY" is not liable for any reasonable delay. Your statutory rights are not affected.
